Web Monitoring

The Ovo Studios Web Monitoring software streams contextual data to the Ovo Logger software from any website or thin-client application running in native Windows Internet Explorer. As you log your test in real time, contextual information about your users' behavior is captured. Data captured include:

keystrokes
mouse clicks
keyboard shortcuts
interactions in popup windows.

When you export your HTML-based report, these data are exported as a click path for each user and each task; readers may review and navigate this click path if they want to see the pages that users were working with. Unlike web monitoring tools from our competitors, our click-path reports are written in plain English and tell a cohesive story about what your users actually did.
