This graph indicates the percentage of problems encountered by 45 of the 100 survey respondents who indicated that their usability team consists of 1-3 members while engaging with development or management groups prior to usability activities.

Resistance (51.1%) and Time Constraints (26.6%) at the highest levels of all team sizes.  

The majority of respondents indicated that they faced the following problems while engaging with an organization:

• Resistance to usability activities (51.1%)
• Unawareness of the value, methods, and processes of usability activities (33.3%)
• Time constraints by management and development teams (26.7%)
