This graph indicates the percentage of problems encountered by 11 of the 100 survey respondents with more than 10 years of usability tenure in an organization while engaging with development or management groups prior to usability activities. The percentage of resistance rose to its highest level of 66.7% for all of the usability tenure groups. Usability unawareness by management or development was also highest (58.3%) for the 10+ group of all the groups.
