We Will Help You Attend Classes
To Carry On a
Tradition Of Craftsmanship
The Conover Workshops Scholarship Fund makes it possible for
those who could not otherwise afford it to receive high quality
woodworking instruction. The Fund is a not-for-profit corporation
dedicated to the furthering of woodworking education. It is made
possible by the generosity of former alumni. The Trustees are:
- John
Gibbon (Cleveland, OH)
- Brian Gray (Sandusky, OH)
- Thomas Heffernan (Shaker Heights, OH)
- Scott Butler (Chagrin Falls, OH)
- John
DeGirolamo (Prescott, AZ).
In this day of high-tech wizardry, traditional craftsmen are
becoming an endangered species. Our program keeps craftsmanship
alive and well in America. If you are interested in attending
classes at Conover Workshops, but cannot afford them, the Conover
Scholarship Fund may just help by paying for you. If you meet the
criteria (at right), simply send your resume (including all
woodworking experiences) and a letter describing your need for the
scholarship (including what class you are interested in) to the
address at right. If you are interested in making a
tax-deductible donation to the Conover Woodworking Scholarship Fund,
